PuriTomato was founded in 2020 by Demi Indriyanti, on a simple wish: to give Bali an option of heirloom vegetables.
Her passion has always been the survival of these old cultivars: open-pollinated, true to seed, and far more interesting than the common garden tomato. Every variety we grow is one kept from being forgotten.

Our farms are located in Baturiti, Tabanan, Bali, spread across three growing sites at 1,000 meters above sea level. We use a combination of conventional potted farming, hydroponic systems, and organic growing methods.
Conventional potted plants
Grown consistently since 2020, supplying home gardens, restaurants, hotels, and small-scale growers.
Hydroponic
Soil-free cultivation Introduced in 2021, distributing to HORECA, varieties such as heirloom tomatoes, Italian eggplants, rapini, and selected gherkins.
Organic
Organic plots started in early 2026, cultivating a range of seasonal vegetables, flowers, and roots.
